LEGO Ideas 21373 Downton Abbey recreates Highclere Castle as a 4,711-piece architectural display for builders aged 18 and over. Its ornate exterior opens at the back to reveal the household above and below stairs, with characters drawn from the television drama’s sixth season. Features • Six furnished rooms: the main hall, dining room and library upstairs; the kitchen, servants’ hall and Mr Carson’s office downstairs. • A lift-off upper floor makes the lower rooms easier to reach and arrange. • A separate cedar tree and bench extend the scene outdoors. • The finished building measures over 30 cm high, 44 cm wide and 16 cm deep. • Digital building guidance is available in the LEGO Builder app. The building experience The build is organised into 35 numbered paper bags, with two instruction books covering the lower and upper floors. Decorative stickers supplement the brick-built interiors. The minifigure costumes distinguish formal evening wear from working clothes, while alternate lower-body assemblies allow the eight female characters to sit at the tables and chairs. The four aristocratic women have dual-moulded arms representing long gloves.
